Partner Lanes Prospecting OS

Salido first · Practice Management Bridge second · Blend partners and payments into one prospecting plan

1. Prospecting plan

Single-lane mode sends all visits to one offer. Blend mode splits visits across enabled lanes using allocation weights.

Each four-week cohort is modeled at this date, then four-week intervals. Promotion eligibility is based on the assumed approval date, not when commissions are paid.

Conversion assumptions are editable in the lane settings below. The default scenarios apply multipliers to each lane's baseline conversion rates.

2. Partner lanes and compensation

Lane settings are collapsed by default. Tap Edit details on any lane to view or adjust its compensation, Edge pricing, dates, and conversion assumptions.

During the promotion, every partner lane defaults to a $700 qualifying activation advance. Salido adds a separate $500 promotional bonus, for $1,200 per eligible Salido activation. Each lane has its own advance promotion end date; Salido has a separate bonus end date (both default to December 31, 2026). After the promotion, EPX Non-PayAnywhere lanes revert to $300 and 12× (capped at $5,000), while EPX PayAnywhere/PayTrace uses $600 and 14× (capped at $10,000). Promotional EPX terms are $700 and 16× with the same lane caps. Global/FD uses $200, 4×, and a $2,000 cap. Select the processing rail per lane to calculate the correct terms. After expiration, each lane uses its editable standard-program upfront payout rather than dropping out of the plan. Adjust payout values if terms change. Residuals feed automatic true-ups by default, with manual overrides available for each lane.

3. Edge residual settings by lane

Open any lane in section 2 to choose between Manual residual or an Edge estimate. Each lane has independent Edge rate (3–5%, default 4%), card volume, cost estimate, and residual share. Blended plans use each lane's own settings.

An Edge model in a lane is a financial scenario, not a confirmation that Edge is supported for that partner integration. Confirm processor compatibility, program eligibility, and actual merchant and agent rates before quoting.

Promotion date modeling: The start date represents the assumed approval/qualification date for the first cohort. Subsequent cohorts are spaced 28 days apart. End dates are inclusive. Promotions can have additional requirements, including a separate activation deadline and payout date. After expiration, the standard Peak activation bonus and multiplier apply to new cohorts, while the Salido bonus ends independently. Residuals from existing accounts continue and later true-ups are still modeled.

6. Six-month portfolio assessment

Each month repeats the four-week prospecting funnel. New cohorts begin earning residuals in the following four-week period. Advances and bonuses use each cohort’s assumed approval date against the editable expiration dates. Each lane reverts to its appropriate standard Peak tier after its promotion: EPX Non-PA $300/12×; EPX PA/PayTrace $600/14×; Global/FD $200/4×. Multiplier caps apply ($5,000/$10,000/$2,000 respectively). Auto-calculated lane true-ups start in Month 4 for Month 1's qualifying cohort (based on the adjustable profit estimate).

7. Field strategy

Salido: Independent restaurants and hospitality operators. Lead with restaurant operations, POS workflow, ordering, kitchen routing, and costs. Coordinate demonstrations through the appropriate partner team.

Practice Management Bridge: Dental and qualifying healthcare practices. Lead with the practice's receivables and payment workflow. Confirm software compatibility and partner eligibility before recommending an integration.

Blended plan: Group visits geographically, use targeted introductions for each vertical, and follow up through your independent CRM. Dedicate longer reviews and partner-led demos to appointment blocks rather than counting them as brief field visits.

Cash-flow caution: These are illustrative compensation scenarios, not confirmed payments. Approval dates, qualification deadlines (some promotions also require activation by a later date), activation, $700 promotion eligibility, additive Salido bonus eligibility, contract-specific residual terms, merchant attrition, and payout dates affect actual cash received. There is no tax reserve subtracted in this planner.
